Azamara

Azamara Club Cruises - an overview

Azamara Club Cruises operate two 694-guest 'intimate' ships, the 30,000-ton Azamara Journey and Azamara Quest. Azamara cruises are 'striving to be the world's top deluxe cruise line'. They're committed to providing 'unparalleled service, the finest dining at sea, a glorious spa experience and awe-inspiring destinations'. There is butler service to all suites, and attentive, non-intrusive professional attendants to all staterooms. Included in the price are complimentary wines with lunch and dinner; bottled water, sodas, coffees and teas; and gratuities for housekeeping and dining staff. There is a free self-service laundry. Azamara also include more overnight stays and late-night stays in many ports and, where possible, a complimentary shuttle bus service to and from the ship to city centres at the ports of call.

Carnival

Costa

Costa Cruises is a British-American owned Italian cruise line founded in 1924. The company originally operated cargo ships until 1947 when passenger services were introduced. They later converted their entire fleet to full time cruising. Costa has become one of the largest independent cruise operators in Europe. They specialize in cruising with an Italian flair and flamboyance. Cunard

Fred Olsen

Fred Olsen cruises have defined and refined the cruise experience, and judging by the number of passengers that stay loyal to them, they seem to have styled it to perfection. Fred. Olsen is proud of their tradition of operating smaller ships, from 48,000 to around 28,000 tons. Each of their four ships has its own unique personality, but never loses that friendly, home-from-home atmosphere, where friendships are forged with fellow-passengers and crew alike. The company originated in Hvitsten, a small town on Oslo fjord in Norway, in 1848 when three Olsen brothers - Fredrik Christian, Petter and Andreas - bought their first ships and began an international shipping company. Holland America
